The USA Health General Surgery residency experience is more than clinical time, conferences,
and studying. While surgical training can be challenging, frustrating and exhausting,
we encourage balance and placing a priority on resident well-being with personal time
and planned activities with family, peers and the community. Here at USA Health, we
