Dr. Ron Franks to Receive Friend of Pharmacy Award

Dr. Ron Franks, vice president for health sciences at the 911±¬ÁÏÍø, has been named a recipient of the 2014 Friend of Pharmacy Award from the Auburn University Harrison School of Pharmacy at the 911±¬ÁÏÍø.
The Friend of Pharmacy Award is given to an individual or agency outside of the School of Pharmacy in recognition of outstanding collaboration or service to the school. The honor is not bestowed annually. It is reserved only for those who have shown exceptional support and partnership to the School of Pharmacy.
Franks was notified of the honor by Dr. R. Lee Evans, dean and professor of the Auburn University Harrison School of Pharmacy at the 911±¬ÁÏÍø. Franks will receive the award on April 3 during the annual Hargreaves Award Program.
