Canandaigua Fitness is located in the Cobblestone Arts Center located on Route 332. On Rt. 332, heading north, take the U-turn at Farmbrook and drive back, heading south for less than a quarter mile and make a right hand turn into Cobblestone. 
The studio at Cobblestone is utilized daily to provide art, dance and music therapy to the developmentally disadvantaged. We are honored to be an adjunct to this program by providing weekly evening and weekend daily classes at their facility. We will make group fitness programs available to the community at large and more importantly support the ongoing cultural programs that have been long established by this state of the art and highly respected non-profit organization. 
PALMYRA COMMUNITY CENTER – PCC
Sunday FEC class is 9:30am on Sundays at the PCC! The drop-in fee for this class is $10. The Pcc is located at 424 Stafford Street, Palmyra, NY.

Great news! Canandaigua Fitness has teamed up with Snap Fitness in Farmington (24 hours a day/7 days a week) to bring you even more options. For those of you not familiar with Snap Fitness, they are an efficiently run, top of the line equipment weight room with pin loaded machines, free weights, and a full cardio section. They are located right on Rt. 332 (1560 Rt. 332) in Farmington next to the post office…exactly 8 minutes from downtown Canandaigua or convenient stop on your way home to Canandaigua. For only a $5 walk in or a punch on your CF punch card (or now included in CF UNLIMITED monthly membership) you (and your spouse) can now use Snap Fitness’ weight machines during the following hours when they are “staffed”:
- Mondays 10am-1pm
- Tuesdays 6-9pm
- Wednesdays 10am-1pm
- Thursdays 6-9pm
- Fridays 10am-1pm
- Saturdays 6-9am
- Sundays 6-9am
Snap Fitness is open 24 hours per day; 7 days per week, but the above hours are when they are staffed with someone to accept our punch cards or $5 walk-ins. Canandaigua Fitness Fans are invited to a FREE 2 week Trial Membership @ Snap…just ask us before or after class and we will hook you up! We have partnered with Snap Fitness in Farmington to offer FREE enrollment and discounted monthly rates for those CF fans interested in 24/7 access. This would also allow you entry into all 1200 locations nationwide for you jet-setters! We know you LOVE our group exercise classes, but now you have an additional option to add strength training circuit machines to your fitness regime, as you see “fit”. So, visit Snap Fitness for a $5 drop in (or use your punch card) during the above hours, or get unlimited 24/7 access for an additional monthly fee. As always, you choose. Snap has a huge open parking lot, so easy in and out is a “snap” and no waiting for machines or equipment.
